Nations: What Are They Anyway? (Part 1) [No.4]

In this post, I will be discussing the third picture and further expanding my headcanons.

... ... ...

First of all, I didn't notice this when I saved this picture, but in the last paragraph, they put "they're" when it should be "their."

Anyway, this headcanon is interesting, and headed in the direction of my own, but it still doesn't quite match up.

I also believe that the nations don't go to a human "heaven" or "hell" because that wouldn't really make sense considering that not all humans believe in a "heaven" or "hell" in the first place. I believe that they go to a sort of "limbo," but I elaborate on the details of this place more.

To me, it makes a lot of sense that when the nations die and new ones come to replace them, they return to the earth. To explain, I believe that the the area sort of inside the earth is a matrix-type thing that stores the memories and personality of past nations, but not their physical body. This would allow new nations that are born in their image to keep some of their lessons subconsciously.

This "matrix" would likely be similar to earth to the dead nations, and they would be able to change their appearance to any way they had looked in their life just for comfort. This makes sense to me because they would just be memories, so if they remember being a child, they could become a child.

Although there might be a "god" in one of the Hetalia episodes, which I believe is merely a joke based on a historical event, I consider him, "nation god," to simply be the guardian of the "matrix."

They would be able to observe the present, as this headcanon presents. Nation god would allow them to come back to the surface every so often, as is shown by Sir Roman Empire's appearance. I believe that they have more ghostly bodies when this happens, though the Rome scene doesn't really lend to that.

In the next post, I will be discussing the last picture and further expanding my head cannons.
